In August, 1926, plaintiff, a Michigan corporation, entered into a contract with defendants for the construction of. 15,000 feet of lateral and trunk line sewer. Claiming performance of its contract, plaintiff brought this suit to recover a claimed unpaid balance on the contract price of $5,938.20; also to recover $9,854.74 which plaintiff claims is due it because defendant changed the method of operation in constructing the sewer from that contemplated when the contract was signed to a more expensive method of installation claimed to have been ordered by defendants’ engineer; and to recover…
