Pursuant to a petition purportedly signed by a majority of the qualified electors of Pike County School District No. 1, the county board of education ordered District No. 1 dissolved and its territory annexed to the Kirby District in the same county. The school board members of District No. 1, acting in an official capacity, appealed to the circuit court; and that court affirmed the county board. Appellant is Pike County School District No. 1.
