(concurring) — I have signed and fully concur in the majority opinion by Wright, J., for the reasons therein *906stated, as well as for the reasons set out in my dissenting opinion filed when this case was first before this court in House v. Erwin, 81 Wn.2d 345, 501 P.2d 1221 (1972).
