DECISION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court after a Trial on the Plaintiffs Complaint to Determine Dischargeability. The Plaintiff brings her complaint pursuant to the statutory exception to discharge sets forth in § 523(a)(9) relating to the operation of a motor vehicle while intoxicated. At the conclusion of the Trial, the Court took the matter under advisement.
