This is an action to recover damages for a personal injury alleged to have been caused by the negligence of defendant.

The complaint alleges in substance that on the 16th day of September, 1920, defendant was engaged in farming and agricultural pursuits, and that plaintiff and other persons on said date were employés of defendant; that on said date plaintiff, pursuant to her employment, was engaged in packing fruit and vegetables; that, during the time plaintiff was working for defendant, defendant undertook to and did transport plaintiff and other employés from Provo, Utah, where they…
