De Forge v. Patrick

This is an appeal from the district court for Scotts Bluff County in an action wherein Frances L. DeForge as administratrix of the estate of Adelaide Raymond, deceased, sought, on various grounds, to hold sufficient of the assets now in the possession and control of Robert K. Patrick as executor of the estate of Nellie F. Chaplin, deceased, to pay the creditors of Adelaide Raymond and the expenses of administering her estate.
