This case was here before. (Corley v. Railway Co., 90 Kan. 70, 133 Pac. 555.) It is an action for damages on behalf of a widow for the death of her husband who was killed by the defendant at a railroad crossing in Greenwood county. The deceased was riding in an automobile as the guest of R. B. Anderson, who with his wife were also killed in the same accident. The law of the case was fully covered in the first hearing before this court. The case was reversed because certain special questions'were not fairly answered and the answers given…
