This case, so far as it relates to defendant Rogers, having been disposed of in the complainant’s favor by a decree from which no appeal has been taken and of which no complaint is made, the only questions now presented are those which relate to the equities which the complainant is seeking to enforce as against the Chicago Live Stock Exchange.
