This cause came on for hearing on March 11, 1982 at Lake Charles, Louisiana upon the complaint of Gulf Coast Investment Corporation to determine the validity, priority and extent of a lien.
Statement of the Case
On December 29, 1978, Norman Joseph Chauvin, Sr., and Betty Chauvin executed a Cash Sale Deed that purported to convey a certain piece of immovable property located in Lake Charles, Louisiana, to Robert C.
