I agree that the appeal is taken from a nonfinal judgment and, therefore, must be dismissed. See Bolden v. Wise Alloys, LLC, 5 So.3d 1287 (Ala.Civ.App.2008) (dismissing an appeal as one taken from a nonfinal judgment when a judgment had been rendered but never input into the State Judicial Information System).
