This is an appeal by Patricia O’Connor (appellant) from a judgment dated February 5, 1980, which awarded Michael O’Con-nor (appellee) a decree of divorce, custody of a minor child, and made a property division between the parties. Appellant also appeals from the trial court’s order of September 8, 1980, which denied her motion to vacate the judgment of February 5, 1980, *134and her request for appellate attorney fees.* We reverse and remand.
