Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Bruhn, J.), rendered January 13, 2006 (1) upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of driving while intoxicated (two counts) and (2) convicting defendant following a nonjury trial of the crime of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree.
