The provisions of the will of W. L. Randall upon which the plaintiffs in the court below base their right to the relief sought read as follows: “Item Three: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property of every kind and description, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Bessie Brown Randall, my brother, Paul Hill Randall and The Fulton National Bank of Atlanta, as Trustees, in trust, for the following uses and purposes.
