— The original action, in which the order of dismissal was entered, was commenced July 1, 1932 to recover on an accident policy issued by the defendant upon the life of the plaintiff’s husband, now deceased. The defendant company had its principal place of business in the city of Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa. On August 26, 1932, and within the time allowed by law and rules of said court defendant filed in said cause in the Wapello district court motion for change of venue to the Polk County district court.
