Introduction
This cause is before the court on Plaintiffs Motion to Remand to State Court (Doc. # 4), filed on October 10, 2002. Plaintiff originally filed this civil action in the Circuit Court for Barbour County, Alabama, on January 14, 2002. Plaintiff brings several claims against the Defendants under Alabama state law.
