This cause comes on to be heard upon a petition of Yumet & Company as creditors of the bankrupt, showing that goods of the bankrupt had been in the possession of the marshal of the district court of Arecibo since October 22, 1915, under an attachment in sáid court, and that on February 2, 1916, judgment was entered in favor of the petitioner and an order of execution entered March J, 1916, under which the goods so attached were to be sold March 29.
