Opinion PER CURIAM.

2Per curiam

This is an appeal from an order of the District Court adjudging appellant 1 in civil contempt for his refusal to testify before the President’s Commission on Organized Crime after being directed by the court to do so. Finding no error, we affirm.

On March 21, 1985, at 10:00 a.m., appellant appeared at the Commission’s offices in Washington, D.C., pursuant to a subpoena commanding his attendance for purposes of a deposition related to a matter under investigation by the Commission.
