On August 13, 2001, Plaintiffs Mont-blanc-Simplo GmbH and Montblanc, Inc. (collectively referred to as “Montblanc”) commenced this action against Defendants Aurora Due S.r.L. and Kenro Industries, Inc. (collectively referred to as “Aurora”) alleging breach of contract, trademark infringement, unfair competition and false designation in violation of the Lanham Act and New York common law, and trademark dilution under New York General Business Law § 360-i. Defendant Aurora has filed a counterclaim for breach of contract.…
