— This is an appeal from a judgment of the Huntington Circuit Court adjudging appellants guilty of civil contempt, and ordering that each stand committed to jail until the judgments assessed were paid. This proceeding is based upon the violation of a temporary injunction, issued on a complaint filed by appellee against some of the appellants in that court on .January 1, 1935. The trial of the injunction suit resulted in a final judgment, from which an appeal was taken to this court. The judgment was affirmed February 2, 1937. City of Huntington et al v.
