Brian M. Kimbrell appeals from the judgment of the Cole County Circuit Court denying his petition for review and thereby sustaining a one year revocation of his driver’s license for refusal to submit to a chemical test for blood alcohol content. Mr. Kimbrell presents two points on appeal.
