Plaintiff Suzie Goodwyn borrowed money from Defendant Capital One, N.A. to buy a car. She later experienced financial difficulties and sought protection under Chapter 13 of the federal bankruptcy laws. The bankruptcy judge approved a payment *1371plan that provided for the full payment of her principal owed to Capital One plus interest, although the interest was less than the amount she contracted to pay in her original financing agreement with Capital One.
