This case involves the construction of certain clauses of the will executed by Theodore M. Plummer, deceased. Suit for declaratory judgment was filed by the National Bank of Commerce of San Antonio, as intervenor, naming as defendants the San Antonio Independent School District and the Division of World Missions of the Board of Missions of the Methodist Church.
