SUMMARY ORDER

Keith Simpson appeals from a Judgment, dated June 3, 2002, of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Ross, J.), which memorializes a prior oral ruling denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.

Simpson was convicted by a jury in New York Supreme Court, Kings County of two counts of first-degree robbery, one count of second-degree robbery, three counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree assault, and one count of third-degree assault.
