WILLIAM PRYOR, Circuit Judge:

Drew Walker’s petition for review of the order for his removal presents two questions: (1) whether a state conviction for uttering a forged instrument, Fla. Stat. § 831.02, is categorically an aggravated felony offense, 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(43)(M)(i); and even if not, (2) whether a conviction for the same offense is categorically a crime involving moral turpitude, id. § 1227(a)(2)(A)(ii). We conclude that the offense of uttering a forged instrument necessarily involves an act of deceit. It is both an aggravated felony offense and a crime involving moral turpitude.…
