In a proceeding to stay the arbitration of an uninsured motorist claim, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Kelly, J.), dated January 13, 1983, which denied the application without a hearing. H Judgment reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and matter remitted to the Supreme Court, Nassau County, for further proceedings in accordance herewith.
