This case involves the question of venue as to nonresident co-defendants.

Appellee Suzanne L. Mulherin brought this action in the Superior Court of Richmond County against six defendants, only two of whom are residents of Richmond County. The resident defendants are appellee’s husband A. T. Mulherin and his trustee in bankruptcy James E. Slaton.
