Floyd B. Hall (“Appellant”) appeals his conviction for driving while intoxicated (“DWI”), a violation of section 577.010. 1 Following a court-tried case, Appellant was sentenced to serve two days in the Greene County Jail, pay a fine in the amount of $350.00, and pay costs in the amount of $103.50.
