The appellees contend that the judgment was right for the following reasons-: First, that there was no testimony to show that Crownover and Cole were the agents of the appeL lees and authorized by them to make the contract of purchase; second, that if Crownover and Cole were the agents of the appellees, there was no meeting of the minds of the parties to the alleged contract of sale, and hence no completed contract; third, that if there was a completed contract of sale, the same was immediately rescinded by the appellant as soon as he ascertained that the…
