I. PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
This matter comes before the Court on Chapter 7 Trustee Lothar Goernitz’s (the *253“Trustee”) “Application for Order Directing Title Security Agency of Arizona dba Premier Title Group to Show Cause Why it Should not be Held in Contempt of Court” (“Application”), filed September 6, 2006.
