INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs bring this action against defendants Drs. Maura Keene (“Keene”), Diane Amsterdam (“Amsterdam”), Walter Glaser, and Mary E. Annarella (“An-narella") for negligence in failing to diagnose and treat Anne Grenadier-Terault (“Grenadier-Terault”). Plaintiffs also assert claims against SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories (“SmithKline”), Northeast Per-manete Medical Group, P.C., and Carlson Pathology Associates (“Carlson") based on vicarious liability.
