Trustees of the Chicago Truck Drivers, Helpers and Warehouse Workers Union (Independent) Pension Fund (“the Fund”), filed suit in district court seeking judgment against defendants-appellants, Central Transport, Inc., GLS Leasco., Inc. and Cen-tra, Inc. (“defendants”), for payment of withdrawal liability under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”).
