Thomas J. DeVeau seeks review of the final decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (Board) dismissing his appeal for lack of jurisdiction. Because Mr. De-Veau’s allegations were not within the scope of appeal rights accorded an employee terminated during a probationary period, we affirm.

A probationary employee may appeal his termination to the Board only in limited circumstances. See 5 C.F.R. § 315.806; Pierce v. Gov’t Printing Office, 70 F.3d 106, 108 (Fed.Cir.1995).
