Summary Judgment case.
Dorothy Kassoff, the plaintiff in the trial court, brought suit on a promissory note against Max Goldfield and wife, Mar-illyn P. Goldfield. The plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment was granted by the trial court which thereafter entered judgment thereon. Max Goldfield and wife, the defendants, perfect appeal to this Court.
