Lovins, Judge:

This is an action of libel brought by Andy Swearingen against The Parkersburg Sentinel Company, a corporation. The trial court rendered judgment for fifteen thousand dollars on a verdict for a like amount in favor of the plaintiff. The case is here on writ of error and super-sedeas.

The plaintiff was a candidate for the office of mayor of the city of Parkersburg at the March, 1941, primary election.
