Walker Hudson, Negro, lias appealed from a judgment that he he electrocuted for the murder of his wife, Junie.
In September, 1942, Junie separated from Walker and went to the home of her father, Mark Pheiffer. Two weeks later she was followed by her husband who stayed with her several days. Walker says that during this time he unsuccessfully attempted to reconcile differences. On Monday he left his father-in-law’s house, but returned Wednesday.
