On December 22, 1989, Plaintiff Babbit Electronics, Inc. (“Babbit”) filed this fraud and tortious interference cause of action against Defendant Dynasean Corporation (“Dynascan”). In response, Dynascan filed a counterclaim against Babbit seeking redress for a variety of trademark infringement and breach of contract violations. The complaint and the counterclaim were tried before the Court without a jury, commencing on November 12, 1992, and pursuant to Fed.
