LBYRNES, Judge.

Pamela Clark appeals her conviction and sentence for second degree murder. We reverse and remand for a new trial.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On September 12, 1996, Pamela Clark was indicted for the second degree murder of Leroy Seabrook. On March 26, 1997, a jury found her guilty as charged. On that date the trial court denied her motion for new trial. The trial court denied the defendant’s second motion for new trial and a motion for post verdict judgment of acquittal on April 18, 1997.
