This is an action brought by the grandmother and tutrix of the minor children of the late John De Hart, against the administrator of his estate, to settle and liquidate the rights and claims of said minors, as heirs of their deceased mother, Cornelia S. De Hart. The petitioner alleges that, on the death of the minors’ mother, their father, John De Hart, was confirmed as their natural tutor, and administered their property up to the time of his death, which took place in December, 1841, That John De Hart and Cornelia S.
