On July 18, 2018, the court heard oral argument on the petitioner's motion for sanctions against BHP Energy Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. ("BHP") and Alan Barson for willful evasion of service, dkt. no. 65, and motion for default judgment against BHP, dkt. no. 71.
