BERGER, Justice:
The Court has before it a motion for a stay pending appeal filed by the appellant, Kirpat, Inc. (“Kirpat”). Kirpat seeks to stay an order of the Superior Court, which affirmed a decision by the appellee, the Delaware Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission (“the Commission”), revoking Kirpat’s retail liquor license. Kirpat filed a motion for a stay pending appeal with the Superior Court in the first instance. See Supr.Ct.R. 32(a).
