This is a bankruptcy appeal challenging the granting of relief from an automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362. 1 We focus on a question of first impression in this circuit, whether the lifting of the stay is an appeal-able order.
I. BACKGROUND AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
