MEMORANDUM OPINION
STANLEY S. HARRIS, District Judge.
This case involves the claims of 38 former air traffic controllers, all of whom were discharged by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in 1981 because of their alleged involvement in an illegal strike against the Government of the United States. The matter is now before the Court on defendants’ motion to dismiss, the plaintiffs’ later-filed motion to join additional plaintiffs.
