Defendant Larry Washington was sentenced, as a recidivist, to life in prison after being convicted by a jury of two counts of selling cocaine in violation of OCGA § 16-13-30 and two counts of selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of a public housing project in violation of OCGA § 16-13-32.5.
