Appellant Carl E. Warren, individually and as executor of the estate of E. Lucille Johnson, appeals from the order of the probate court which reduced the fees requested by him as executor and accountant.

Mrs. Johnson died testate on February 21, 1991. The will left 63 percent of her estate to the United Methodist Foundation of Arkansas, 31 percent to the appellees, and the remainder to several other beneficiaries.
