OPINION
MURRAY, Justice.
This is a civil action in equity brought by the plaintiffs, the eight children of the late Geraldine M. Bowler (Gerri), seeking to impose a constructive trust upon certain real estate located at 36 Seastones Drive, Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Following a nonjury trial in Superior Court, the trial justice found that the plaintiffs had failed to satisfy their burden of proof and accordingly entered judgment for the defendant, William T.
