Decisions of the Nebraska Court of Appeals 666 21 NEBRASKA APPELLATE REPORTS code, we determine that the juvenile court maintains the author- ity to create visitation arrangements within the context of a guardianship, so long as those arrangements are in the best interests of the juvenile. In this case, the juvenile court was operating under the misconception that it was without author- ity to order visitation.
