This is a suit in equity brought 7th May, 1889, in Circuit Court of Webster county, by C. P. Dorr, defendant in error, against Dewing & Sons et al., plaintiffs in error. It is a suit by Dorr, as a general creditor, to enforce payment of his claim against defendants Dewing & Sons, as non-residents, by levy of attachment on certain real estate of theirs, situate in the county of the suit and elsewhere in the State.
