Many years ago John Haywood, who is how dead, purchased the tract of land in controversy in tins case, and afterwards by deed, founded upon the consideration of natural love and affection, declared himself a trustee for the benefit of his daughter, the complainant Susan C. Haywood and her children, for their support and maintenance, and subsequently by last will and testament devised the land to his executors upon the same trusts.
