MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ATLAS, District Judge.

This is a products liability case. The Court denied the motions for summary judgment filed by Defendants Emerson Electric Co. (“Emerson”) and State Industries, Inc. (“State”) contending that the applicable statutes of limitation bar Plaintiffs’ claims and that Plaintiffs’ warranty claims are not legally viable.
