TALIAFERRO, Judge.
Plaintiff sues to have his alleged ownership of a 1933 model Pontiac coupe automobile recognized and possession thereof delivered to him by defendant who, it is further alleged, illegally detains the same. He also sues to recover judgment for an amount to compensate him for the use of the car- by defendant during the period of its illegal detention, and for the fee of the counsel engaged to file and prosecute this suit.
